While not a graduation requirement in the state of Florida, community service fulfills criteria for Bright Futures and other valuable scholarship opportunities. Work hours can also count towards fulfilling community service hour requirements. Please ensure you have reviewed the form in its entirety before submitting.

Step 1:
Find a non-profit organization that will allow you to volunteer your time to the community.
(Note: If volunteering for an Innovation High School club or organization you must speak to the club sponsor.)
Step 2:
Complete Community Service Plan Forms (linked above)
Step 3:
Log your hours and complete the reflection on page 3.
Step 4:
Turn all completed forms in to your assigned School Counselor in Student Services.
If you are submitting work hours, paystubs must also be submitted along with the paperwork.
